I feel compelled to let you know what a great job you did with the solar electric system you installed in December 2009 at our Hidden Hills home. First let me address the honesty, integrity and patience with which you operate. You disclosed all fees and charges as a part of your bid. There were no hidden or additional surprises. I had real confidence that I could trust you and your crew who were reliable, timely and careful to clean up any mess or debris. Your company was prompt and kept every date, beginning and finishing on time. The system is working amazingly well and after the first five months, we only pay the tiny $1.95 service charge a month and are accruing a small surplus with Southern California Edison. I believe I received a better value from you than the other companies I had bids from. You re-roofed the entire surface involved under the panels, just in case, at no extra charge to us. That speaks to your integrity. You also did all of the analysis and paperwork involved in the rebate and tax credit programs and your staff was extremely knowledgeable about the available rebates and tax credits. In the world of contractors who are flakey and undependable, you really stand out as a “breath of fresh air”.
